Our emergency pegging line is a crucial part of Boomtown Fair’s infrastructure.
When catastrophes strike the citizens have to know we’ll be there to peg at the drop of a mat.
Being part of the essential phone line operative team is as easy as submitting your mobile number, but it takes dedication. Once you’ve accepted our terms and conditions, you will agree that no matter how hard the ground, how strong the wind, or how tight the lines, you’ll be there to help the people PEG.
As a Pegging call handler, you agree to accept incoming pegging calls, 24 hours a day from when the city opens to when it closes. When an incoming pegger dials through the calls will be spread out over our team of dedicated operatives. These calls will be recorded for training purposes. Your phone number is completely hidden from incoming callers, but be prepared for total bombardment!
